I’m signing up now, when will my first order arrive?

It depends on when you buy. All meals are delivered on Saturday. Our cut-off for weekly orders is Tuesday at 11:59 pm. If you sign up prior to that time, your first delivery will arrive on Saturday. If you order after that cut off, you have to wait until the following week to get your first delivery.

  • Order on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday before 11:59 pm: your first order will arrive on the upcoming Saturday, a week or less away
  • Order on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday: your first order will arrive on the following Saturday, over a week away

When and how will my meals arrive?

All of our meals are shipped fresh to your home via FedEx in boxes with biodegradable insulated liners and frozen gel packs. FedEx guarantees delivery by the end of the business day, typically before 5:00 pm.

Lite and Classic meal plans are on a five-day schedule and you will receive one delivery per week, on Saturday.

Complete plans receive 3 meals and two snacks per day, plus a dessert, so we make half the delivery on Saturday, and the other half on Tuesday.

What if my delivery is stolen?

We would all be very bummed. Give us a call and we’ll figure out what to do together. As sought after as Real Foods Works may be, so far this has NEVER happened.

Do you deliver to my area?

Regular Plan free delivery area: Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York Metro (incl. Southern CT), DC, and most of Virginia. Delivery available outside this area with a delivery upcharge – please call or email us at [email protected] with your delivery address for details.
